Kevin Blazé — Cybersecurity Basics

Kevin has been using Macs since 1984, discovered AUSOM in 1990 and co-led the Education SIG for several years.

Ten years ago, Kevin left his university-teaching position to establish a business in learning development. He also began conducting formal training classes in Mac and Windows for beginners and for people returning to the workforce, his students ranging from 16 to 90 years old!

Kevin's presentation will examine some common threats and scams, then how they can be avoided through software and behaviour. There will be time for questions and discussion.
