Kevin Blazé — Cybersecurity Basics
Kevin has been using Macs since 1984, discovered AUSOM in 1990 and co-led the Education SIG for several years.
Ten years ago, Kevin left his university-teaching position to establish a business in learning development. He also began conducting formal training classes in Mac and Windows for beginners and for people returning to the workforce, his students ranging from 16 to 90 years old!
Kevin's presentation will examine some common threats and scams, then how they can be avoided through software and behaviour. There will be time for questions and discussion.

1. Main Presentation: Isabel Collins — "Fun with Numbers"
This month we'll have a look at iWork's powerful program Numbers. Its' ready-made templates, innovative spreadsheets, intelligent tables and formulas are easy to use when you know how. There's much more to Numbers than meets the eye and I'll show you just how easy and useful it can be.
2. Mac Help Forum— Led by Laurie Levy
Have your questions answered and problems solved by experienced Mac Users at this forum. You can also contribute by providing Apple and Mac related helpful information that will be of interest to other Mac users.
3. Mornington Mac Beginner DVD
#05 & #06 - Exploring Finder parts 1 & 2 will be available at the May meeting for Beginners, Novices and Switchers. This training DVD is available at the May meeting. free for AMG members; $5.00 for others.
Meetings: The Group meets on the third Thursday of the month. (N.B. December will be the 2nd Thursday)

Address: Mornington Community Information & Support Centre - 320 Main Street, Mornington.
Directions: (Melway Map 104 E12 / F12) Get onto the Nepean Highway before Mornington. At the Tyabb Road/Main Street intersection turn into Main Street. In Main Street look to the right for Elizabeth Street, (2nd on the right - BEFORE the first roundabout). Turn right into Elizabeth Street and left into the first entrance - the Community Centre car park. The meeting room is at the end of the building, close to the sports ground. The trip from Melbourne will take about 50 minutes (plus allow time for rush hour traffic).
