Drawing for those who say they CAN’T (Updated)

The image on this page was created in Keynote. You could use Numbers or Pages and obtain the same result.

(If you have young children around they would enjoy collecting 2 leaves, gluing them to paper and adding the eyes and nose with pencils).

The ‘ears’ are leaf shapes;
the ‘eyes’ are circle shapes and
the ‘nose/mouth’ the letter X

What about trying with a HAT, EYEGLASSES and a MOUTH?

Gwen sent the following engaging image after the idea of using ‘shapes’ to create a ‘drawing’ intrigued her. She said it would be great for making children’s books. A young child would be excited if shown how to add more apples to the tree or they might tell you what other fruit to add if they watched you ‘drawing’.
