Help is always available for you as part of your membership:

  • Send an email to office@ausom.net.au and your question will be directed to someone willing to assist you.
  • AUSOM meets by Zoom each Wednesday. This session has been recently renamed as ‘Ask AUSOM Anything’. The original purpose of the meeting was to assist Members with the use of Zoom. Now, if you have any other questions on any topics related to the use of Apple products those present will try to assist you.
