Contact your service provider: e.g. ALDI uses Telstra so enter **61*101**30# then press the call Button.
You MAY need to turn OFF Live Voicemail.
On your iPhone go to Settings and scroll down and tap Apps, then tap Phone. Turn OFF Live Voicemail.
